We can only accept seven-day bookings during the school summer holidays, with Saturday as the changeover day. A deposit will secure your booking.
Camping
£7 per person/night. Note that Torbay District Scout Groups camp for £2.50 per scout/night (leaders are free).
Use of Building and Pitch 1
£8 per person/night (£150 minimum charge).
Non-Residential Use
Outdoor space is £50 for a full day and £25 for a half day. Indoor spaces is £100 for a full day and £50 for a half day. Torbay District Scout Groups free.
Evening Use
£20 per group. Torbay District Scout Groups free.
Exclusive Use of Site
£1500.

Amenities
Charging Lockers
£5 per weekend. £10 per week. A refundable deposit of £5 for locker key is required. The sockets are USB only.
Activities
Grass Sledging
£100 per session (a session is morning, afternoon or evening). Note the maximum rider weight is 100kg.
Pizza Oven
Free of charge. Users are to provide their own kiln-dried wood.
Air Rifle Shooting
- Range only (no equipment or instructor) is £25 per session (a session is morning, afternoon or evening). Proof of qualification will be required and you will need to complete a Firearms Notification to bring your equipment onto site.
- Range and equipment is £75 per session. Proof of qualification will be required.
- Range, equipment and instructor is £100 per session. Groups will need to provide a supervising leader. Instructor is only available evenings and weekends, subject to availability.
Note the range can accommodate eight shooters.
Archery
- Range only (no equipment or instructor) is £25 per session (a session is morning, afternoon or evening). Proof of qualification will be required.
- Range and equipment is £75 per session. Proof of qualification will be required.
- Range, equipment and instructor is £100 per session. Groups will need to provide a supervising leader. Instructor is only available evenings and weekends, subject to availability.
Note the range can accommodate twelve archers.
Pioneering
£10 per session (morning, afternoon or evening) for use of pioneering poles.
Tomahawk Throwing
£25 per session for just the range (a session is morning, afternoon or evening). £50 per session with an instructor. Groups will need to provide a supervising leader. Instructor is only available evenings and weekends, subject to availability.
Slip and Slide
£40 per session (a session is morning, afternoon or evening).
