Air Rifle Shooting
We have indoor and outside shooting ranges for use by people eight years and over. Both can accommodate two details of four shooters. You can hire our air rifles and an instructor (subject to availability) or provide your own.
If you wish to use one of our instructors, you will need to get ‘permission to shoot’ from a parent/guardian before the event. Use the Scout Association’s example shooting permission form and bring hard copies with you.
If you would like to bring your own air rifles onto the site, you will need permission from the Camp Warden by completing the Firearms Notification Form.
Archery
We have indoor and outside archery ranges for use by people eight years and over. Both can accommodate two details of four participants. You can hire our equipment and an instructor (subject to availability) or provide your own.
Grass Sledging
The grass sledges use a steep section of the bottom field. The sledges have a maximum rider weight of 100kg.

Pioneering
A large collection of pioneering poles of various lengths is available for your Group to construct all sorts of projects!
Pizza Oven
The traditional, wood-fired pizza oven is free to use, you just need to let us know when you would like to use it. You will need to source your own kiln-dried wood. The oven has capacity for one 12″ pizza at a time.

A favourite activity for warmer days. See how far you can slide, with points for extra style!
